Opinel Oyster Knife

Since 1890, in a pocket, backpack, kitchen drawer or on the table, Opinel has been synonymous with a nomadic art of living, natural spirit, moments of sharing and complicity.

A pocket knife to open oysters and shellfish gently. Its robust stainless steel blade (6.5 cm long) cuts only at the tip (1.5 cm sharpened). Its tip centred in the axis offer better ergonomics.

The knife is sold with an explanatory booklet.
